This is a ramp deck which also utilizes Alioth. You want to ramp into your powerful 6 cost card while also restricting your opponent with Sandman.
There are a couple of core cards here:
Sunspot- since we can end up with reserve energy due to our high cost curve Sunspot is amazing at soaking up that extra energy.
Electro/Wave- our main ramp tools, with them we can hit our powerful 6 drops a lot earlier. Wave can also enable a pretty cool combo with Galactus and Alitoh since you can play Galactus on 4, other cards on 5 and Alioth on 6 if your opponent tries to contest. Electro himself also enables turn 5 Galactus into turn 6 Alioth which is a guaranteed win against any deck, even if you don't have priority.
Sandman- this card not only halts your opponent on turn 4 if you ramp into him with Electro or Wave, he can also help enabling Galactus a lot more easily since you make it a lot harder for your opponent to actually contest him.
