A couple win conditions and fun sike outs.
Feed venom as much as possible and keep him solo in one lane, maybe drop wolverine and a couple others in a separate lane too if able. Then hit venom with Arnim Zola on T6 to feed him even more across two lanes, siking your opponent out.
You can also drop Nimrod on a solo lane T5 and then Arnim Zola for another sike out and guaranteed 12 power if you have two open spots on the other lanes.
Death is always nice here too and works well with Arnim sometimes.
I've also swapped Deathlok for Absorbing Man for a double Venom but not as much success there since I like to play a 1 drop with Venom to feed him as much as possible and boost Deadpool. He can be an easy 1/8 drop later.
One combo I like is:
T1 - Nova has prio, if not then Deadpool or X-23 works
T2 - Drop the other 1's or Wolverine in same lane
T3 - Carnage the same lane
T4 - Venom the same lane (Feed Deadpool to Venom again too if you got energy from X-23)
T5 - Here's where you can get crazy, by now Death is a good drop in her own lane, maybe Bucky/Wolverine/Deadpool in other lanes to prep for your Venoms
T6 - Arnim Zola the Venom lane
