They are cheap, but Rocket, Bob, and Titania are high-skill cards, especially when paired with Silk and Ant Man. Don't feel like you have to play them turn 1. Doom and Scarlet Spider help you fill out the board. Mystique can help grant some unexpected power boosts, with Cerebro, Omega, or even Ant Man—making Enchantress too risky imo, even though she's a strong tech card. If you want to include her, you could swap out for Lizard as well. Black Swan turn 5 means Doom + four 1-drops on turn 6, equaling up to 63 power at once.
With the loss of Nocturne, we no longer have location control, which is extremely unfortunate. Though it would suppress the potential of the deck, it might make it more consistent to splash some of the lower-power location control cards (Scarlet Witch, Rhino, Magik, Nocturne, Storm, etc)
