Welcome to Bundle Buys! Where we look at the cosmetic and resource value of each bundle individually in Marvel Snap! Today's bundle: Death Becomes Her. This has a few layers to it. But let's address the elephant in the room. It's $74.99 USD. If you'd like to read my thoughts on making large-scale purchases in Marvel Snap, you may want to read this. However, this article is just an analysis of the bundle itself versus the resources and variants in the game. With that baseline established, let's hop to it!

Variants

Death - She has one of the top variant collections in the game. So, this one is TOUGH. Even the Pixel variant is great (for a Pixel). Looking at all the released variants in the game should give us some comparitive context.

While the Mech variant is most dynamic in color in the base format, in the heavily sought-after Gold Foil, this variant truly shines. As for Inked, I lean towards the Rincione or First Form. Overall, I still think the choices in this art are worthy of saying it's a Top 20% overall variant in the game, but could be argued as a mid-tier 'Death' variant depending on how you upgrade the card.

Card Back - The Death Mech card back is pretty cool. However, in a season of X-23 focused card backs, it may get lost in the usage sauce.

Overall Cosmetic Rating - 7/10

Resources

Boosters - 620 Boosters = 4 splits. Even if this is how you unlock Death for the first time, if you blew through all of the Boosters, you'd end up with a chance at Gold and Inked. Yes, it'll require a total of 6200 Credits to do that. But it is still a healthy quantity to attempt to split this variant into further advanced forms.

Credits - 2500 Credits feels great! It's a split and a half; which is a great start to getting this, or any, card the customization you want.

Gold - 2000 Gold can typically be purchased for $25-35 (depending on the quantity you buy). So, that's a pretty hefty chunk of the dollar value when separated from the rest of the bundle.

Tokens - The most glaring part of this bundle is the 4,000 Collector's Tokens. This is, for most players, the biggest appeal. In some comparisons, this amount of Tokens can equate to over 6,000 Gold worth of commerce. That alone can justify the price point IF Collector Tokens are your necessity. It's a whopping amount of Tokens at an on-par price point.
