Get ready to rock! This season's pass card is a kick-ass 3/3 punk who fights authority by swinging around and stealing from the man! When Spider-Punk moves, he steals Power and, as part of his middle finger to authority, he always targets the highest-power enemy.
Hobie Brown was living on the streets of Earth-138 Brooklyn when a toxic spill caused by corrupt President Norman “Ozzy” Osborne gave him powers. Alongside his friend Captain Anarchy they fight for freedom against Osborne’s fascist government. Hobie is a cool guy who not only plays the guitar, but is an excellent drummer!

Punk Rock Synergies
Spider-Punk is flexible enough that you can play him in decks where he'll just be able to move once, or you can pop him into decks where he'll be one of your primary Power scalers that you move around the board stealing Power. This means he has synergy with manual movers like Ghost-Spider and Hellion, but also decks that can take extra advantage of his ability to move out of the way like Angela and Zombie Scarlet Witch. Xorn may gain new life now that he's got an extra target, Professor X can lock down lanes more easily when he can be bailed out by Punk’s affliction, and Punk will be a big boost to Hydra Stomper decks, especially in light of Stomper’s upcoming buff.

Additional Synergies
Every new 3-Cost card gets evaluated as a Surfer card and any good 3-Cost card is under consideration as a Wiccan curve-filler. Spider-Punk will see play with both archetypes. I'm less optimistic about Punk's synergy with affliction packages, but it is another avenue to explore.
Antagonists
There is quite a bit of tech that can impact Spider-Punk.
The “other” new card
There are actually four new cards releasing today, but it's hard to talk about Spider-Punk without mentioning Web-Sling. It will be available in the Seasonal Series 4 Pack or in your shop for 3000 Tokens. This is an absolute beast of a card and it happens to go perfectly with the Season Pass card, so keep this in mind when budgeting your resources. In several of the deck lists below, Web-Sling is a possible inclusion. I've kept him out of some, because I know not everyone can get both cards, and you can click through to the deck list to see suggested substitutions I've specifically selected for Web-Sling. Web-sling doesn't fit into all types of Move decks, but it will be especially good with greedy Human Torch builds and decks with Zombie Scarlet Witch.
Scosco's Day One Spider-Punk Decks
Single or double move decks
Punk - Move Once!
Spider-Punk helps this deck threaten multiple lanes in a more unpredictable way because we move him out late to help swing whichever lane we want to target.
Punk - Move Once C5
As long as we don't run into a location or opposing card that can move our Punk, he'll be able to get the Cerebro buff, while afflicting a high-value target. He could be a mirror breaker.
Punk Down
Hunger and Spider-Punk can both ensure our Ms Marvel is live. You can play your Professor X fearlessly since Nebula can grow, Spider-Punk can come in and steal power, and Werewolf can be pulled in with a Skill card.
Punk - Move Once Afflict
Spider-Punk isn't a great Malekith hit, but the way this deck is constructed, we are more likely able to hold Malekith until the final turn thanks to reliable Wiccan Energy.
Multi-move decks
Punk - Move Twice
Madame Web is an underrated Zombie Scarlet Witch card that can let us shift her out to get a fresh lane to pound for a bigger Horde. Punk already fits this plan perfectly and we can occasionally get an extra move out of him.
Punk - Move a Bunch
This is the most promising shell for Spider-Punk, so start here if you're unsure about what to do with him. The way he can scale, while also growing Hydra Stomper helps this deck compete across all three lanes in a way that can be hard to handle for the opponent.
Punk - Move a Million!
This deck is all-in on drawing one (preferably both) of our 3-Cost scalers and growing them to the moon and can handle not drawing them until quite late thanks to all of the movers. You could pop a Cosmo or Rogue in if you're concerned about tech, or a Crystal or sneaky Iron Lad if you want more consistency.

Spider-Punk lends himself to stylish variants. Even his base art is surprisingly great!
Final Thoughts

Spider-Punk is a powerful card, but the question of how powerful will come down to how good he is on his own, without support. If being an effective 3/7 that can move once is still good enough to see play as a generic 3-drop these days, Spider-Punk will be one of the best cards in the game. If not, he will still see play as an additional scaler in Move decks.
Going from 3/2 in his initial datamines to 3/3 will make all the difference and help the new season pass card land in a solid position this month. I do question his place long-term as there is a lot of competition coming up from cards like Ezekiel Sims, Prowler, and Maverick, while Move is so strong as an archetype right now that nerfs are in its future eventually. However, for at least this month, you will enjoy rocking and rolling with Spider-Punk!
