Eduardo Mello & Ryan Kinnaird‘s NEW Bucky Barnes & Winter Soldier!
Artist: Eduardo Mello
Colorist: Ryan Kinnaird
Source: Armed to the Teeth Bundle
Kicking off the week, we have a phenomenal, two-card bundle from Ryan Kinnaird that perfectly captures the visceral, action-packed horror of the Zombie Season! Ryan Kinnaird’s style is clean, dynamic, and absolute nightmare fuel, giving us two takes on one of Marvel’s most compelling duos: Bucky Barnes and the Winter Soldier.
The Zombie Bucky Barnes variant is pure, chaotic action. He's caught mid-lunge in a tattered WWII uniform, a rifle clutched in his hand, and his face frozen in a horrifying scream. The art masterfully contrasts the bright, classic red and blue of his uniform with the pale, sickly flesh and exposed teeth, which truly makes the figure pop against the fiery, war-torn background. It's a fantastic snapshot of a hero's final, desperate moment.
But the Zombie Winter Soldier? That's the chilling masterpiece. This is a terrifying upgrade to an already dark character. The card depicts a zombified Winter Soldier, his face a grotesque mask of decay and fury, with his cybernetic arm partially ripped open, exposing the inner workings and a hand ready to claw. The snow-covered, stark blue backdrop and tattered clothing emphasize the cold, relentless nature of his mission. His pose conveys a raw, stumbling menace that feels both powerful and tragic. This variant has an amazing sense of depth and will look incredible on the board.
For splits, either of these is a natural fit for an Ink Finish, which would give them an incredible, gritty comic book horror look. But honestly, a Red Krackle split would make the chaos around Bucky Barnes explode, and a Blue or White Krackle would make the Winter Soldier's cybernetic arm and cold background glow.
This is a must-have for fans of the Zombie aesthetic and a spectacular way to start the week!
Fireball Studio's Spirit of Vengeance Juggernaut, M.O.D.O.K & Iron Man
Artist: Fireball Studio
Source: Super Rare Pool
Get ready for one of the most explosive, dynamic Juggernaut variants we've ever seen! Fireball Studio is delivering pure, raging momentum for the Spirit of Vengeance theme. This isn't just Cain Marko; this is Juggernaut completely consumed by the flames of Cyttorak, or perhaps a Hell-powered force that makes him even more unstoppable. The composition is absolutely perfect for his ability to Move Away enemy cards, as Juggernaut is leaning forward, about to crash right out of the frame! The colors are molten, with his traditional red armor replaced by super-saturated, glowing orange and yellow, suggesting white-hot metal and burning muscle. The entire piece is framed by chaotic, swirling flames, especially around his spiked helmet and massive, spiked gauntlets, which demands a Red Krackle split to make that flame effect truly go off!
As for the M.O.D.O.K, This variant transforms the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing into a literal flaming skull, trading his iconic purple chair for what looks like a chained, spiked throne wreathed in Ghost Rider's legendary Hellfire. His giant head is now a terrifying, grinning skull, with burning orange eyes that perfectly match the chaos of his hand-discarding ability. The contrasting dark red armor and heavy metal chains over the explosive yellow-orange flames make this feel less like a sci-fi villain and more like a demonic entity of raw power.
For a card that hits the board and resets your entire hand, this terrifying new aesthetic is a flawless fit. To complete this monstrous look, you absolutely need a Gold Finish Split or a Cosmic Orange Border to make the flames look as destructive as his On Reveal effect.
Then we have Iron Man. This piece takes the concept of the Spirit of Vengeance and blends it seamlessly with the armored Avenger. The armor itself is a dark, burnt red, riddled with intimidating spikes and wrapped in heavy chains, suggesting a terrifying judgment. The genius here is the exposed inner face, the classic Iron Man mask has dissolved into a flaming, glowing yellow skull, giving him the iconic Ghost Rider visage. He stands in a dramatic, focused pose, channeling the yellow-hot fire right into his open palm, creating a visual that perfectly sells the raw, multiplying power of his Ongoing effect.
This isn't just a dope cosmetic, it's a visual metaphor for doubling down on power, and it looks incredible. I am going all-in on this one for a Red Neon Border to make the armor pop, followed by a Gold Split to make that fire skull glow with hellish intensity! This is easily one of the coolest variants Iron Man has received in a long time.
New Bundle Launch: The Twilight Queen Morgan Le Fay
Artist: Zak Plucinski
Source: Twilight Queen Bundle
Next up, we have the phenomenal Morgan Le Fay featured in her own stunning bundle, the Twilight Queen. Zak Plucinski, an artist with a distinct flair for dynamic character portraits, absolutely crushes it here. This variant perfectly captures Morgan Le Fay’s ancient, dark magic pedigree and her overwhelming charisma.
She is framed by swirling magical energy, with electric white lightning crackling around her hands, highlighting her immense power. Her green gown, adorned with menacing skull motifs, contrasts brilliantly with the deep purple and pink background, giving her a look that is both regal and deadly. The entire piece screams sorceress supreme.
This variant demands attention on the board, and for those running a Discard or Destroy archetype who also use Morgan Le Fay, this is a masterpiece! For the perfect split, you have to lean into that magical energy. A White Krackle Split would make the lightning pop off the card, while a bold Purple Neon Border would perfectly complement her chaotic background energy.
This bundle, which also includes 5,000 Collector's Tokens and Morgan Le Fay Boosters, offers a fantastic balance of a gorgeous new variant and serious collection progress.
Newest Card This Week, Zombie Captain Marvel
Artist: Ivan Fomin
Source: Unknown
The master of the visceral undead aesthetic, Ivan Fomin, is back to deliver his definitive take on the new card, Zombie Captain Marvel. Fomin’s style perfectly captures the raw, gruesome look of the comics, and this variant is no exception.
The artwork is a spectacular blend of heroic posing and gruesome decay. Captain Marvel is captured mid-flight, lunging forward with her iconic binary energy. However, that energy is now a sickly yellow-orange, pulsing from her decaying hands and eye sockets, contrasting violently with her bright red and blue uniform. Her face is drawn in a terrifying snarl, with exposed muscle and tattered hair flying back in the apocalyptic wind. This visual chaos perfectly reflects the card's powerful new Activate ability: Destroying her allies for a Power boost and moving to the location you are losing.
This is a necessary addition to the zombie collection for anyone who has loved Fomin's other work this season. For the ideal split, you have to emphasize that sickly yellow glow: a Gold Finish or a Gold Krackle would make her decaying energy pop immensely against the background of the card.
Rian Gonzales's Chibi Zombie Captain Marvel
Artist: Rian Gonzales
Source: Super Rare Pool
From the visceral body horror of Ivan Fomin, we swing straight back into the uncanny cuteness of Rian Gonzales, who is proving herself the undisputed queen of the adorable apocalypse this season. This Super Rare piece of Zombie Captain Marvel is a masterpiece of pop-art horror, perfectly fitting the distinct chibi style we’ve all come to love from her.
The zombified Carol Danvers retains her heroic pose, but her face is a masterpiece of goofy, decaying charm: a tiny, tongue-out snarl, wide, unsettling eyes, and a sickly green complexion. The true highlight, however, is the inclusion of her feline companion, Goose, standing by her side with a similar chaotic cuteness. Goose's tentacles are in full, swirling pink glory, giving the card a fun sense of movement that contrasts fantastically with Zombie Captain Marvel’s fixed, hungry grin.
This variant is another must-have for completing your Chibi Zombie collection, following her phenomenal takes on characters like Scarlet Witch and Mister Fantastic. The artwork is practically drowning in vibrant color, demanding a Rainbow Krackle split to make the neon greens, blues, and those swirling pink tentacles explode off the card!

PANDART STUDIO's Mister Negative
Artist: PANDART STUDIO
Source: Deathly Pale Bundle
The biggest launch on Wednesday is the Deathly Pale Bundle, and it is centered around this incredible Mister Negative variant by PANDART STUDIO. This piece is a masterclass in representing a character's core mechanic through art. PANDART STUDIO is known for clean lines and stylized characters, and here they deliver an image that is both simple and deeply unsettling.
The variant is presented almost like a haunting, vintage photograph that has been chemically inverted. Mister Negative himself is entirely cast in reverse shadow, with black skin and stark white hair and clothing, perfectly embodying his power to swap the Power and Cost of cards in your deck. The highlight is that terrifying smile, a wide, unnerving grin against the negative space of his face, which is the perfect sign-off before he flips your opponent's expectations completely upside down.
This bundle is fantastic value, offering this chilling variant along with 3,000 Gold and Mister Negative Boosters for only $24.99. For anyone running the Negative archetype, this variant feels like the definitive thematic representation. For splits, this is designed for an Ink Finish or a Black or White Krackle. Imagine it emphasizing the ghostly, inverse nature of the artwork. PANDPART DOES NOT MISS!
Creative House Pocket’s White Queen
Artist: Creative House Pocket
Source: Super Rare Pool
Creative House Pocket (CHP) is back, shifting gears from the cyberpunk adrenaline of last week to deliver a variant of pure, telepathic elegance with White Queen.
The White Queen is captured in a striking close-up, her hands outstretched and glowing, channeling her immense psychic energy. Her blonde hair and white cloak pop intensely against a subtle, dark background filled with faint starlight, perfectly emphasizing her diamond-like clarity and control. The ethereal blue glow wrapping around her hands and eyes is the visual focus, beautifully representing her confidence, ready to peer into your deck and steal your biggest threat.
This card is an absolute must-buy for any White Queen loyalist. To honor the design, a Neon Blue Border would highlight that psychic ring around her, but an Ink Split would also look incredible, leaving only the blue glow and white outfit against the grayscale background.

Klim Shakhnin’s KNULL
Artist: Klim Shakhnin
Source: Super Rare Pool
The King in Black is gracing the Super Rare pool today with a stunning piece from Klim Shakhnin. This variant absolutely dominates the frame, showcasing Knull’s true, imposing form. His white, streaming hair and pale, menacing face contrast sharply with the swirling black tendrils of the primordial Symbiote, the living abyss, that surrounds him. He holds the Necrosword, all bloody and grotesque, against a fiery, destructive red and orange background that perfectly reflects the carnage of a thriving Destroy deck.
The detail, from the menacing grin to the smaller Venom-head details in the foreground, is absolutely phenomenal.
I know Kunll has a TON of variants, but this one is a must have for your collection. For the ultimate split, a Red Krackle is a must-have to make the destroyed background and the Necrosword’s blood glow with destructive energy
Rian Gonzales's Chibi Zombie Horde: The Hunger
Artist: Rian Gonzales
Source: Super Rare Pool
Rian Gonzales is back with her second variant this week and absolutely crushes the definition of "Horde" with this adorable, yet unsettling take on The Hunger. This piece takes the terrifying concept of the entire zombie infection and renders it in her signature vibrant, pop-art style.
The image features an entire group of zombified heroes surging forward, perfectly embodying the card's theme of collecting a massive "Horde". We have a grinning, gooey Captain Marvel front and center, flanked by a tiny, terrifying Captain America, a zombified Doctor Strange, and even a mini Squirrel Girl peeking out from the top. The inclusion of the adorable zombie Goose and a tiny, sinister pumpkin in the foreground ties this whole package directly into the spooky season aesthetic.
This is an essential pick-up for any collector assembling the full Rian Gonzales Zombie set. For the ideal visual pop, you need to lean into the vibrant colors: a Rainbow Krackle split would make the pink and purple background explode off the card, or even a bold Yellow Neon Border to match the pumpkin's eerie glow.
10/24
Andrea Guardino’s Fiery Ghost Rider
Artist: Andrea Guardino
Source: Super Rare Pool
What an absolutely perfect drop for your birthday! Andrea Guardino, a spectacular artist known for his detailed, kinetic comic-book style, delivers a definitive image of the Spirit of Vengeance, Ghost Rider, that is burning its way into the Super Rare pool.
This variant is pure, raw hellfire on wheels. Ghost Rider is captured mid-air, leaning forward aggressively on his demonic bike, which itself looks like a terrifying sculpture of molten metal and bone. The level of detail here is stunning: from the texture of his charred leather suit to the ominous, heavy chains wrapped around his bike and wrists. His flaming skull helmet is fully formed, eyes glowing with pure, righteous judgment against the chaotic swirl of orange and yellow fire.
The sheer momentum and classic horror of this piece perfectly embodies his ability to Bring back one of your discarded cards. This is a powerhouse variant for any Discard deck and an instant contender for the best Ghost Rider art in the game, easily rivaling the fantastic work we saw from Andrew K. Currey earlier this season. For splits, you have two great choices: either leave it at a clean Gold Border to amplify the internal fire, or chase a Red Krackle split to make those surrounding chains and flames look dangerously volatile.
10/25
Peach Momoko’s Horror Variants!
Artist: Peach Momoko
Source: Rare, Super Rare, Webshop
These drops are absolutely phenomenal! Peach Momoko is truly a master of this style, and I can't wait to grab them all.
This piece is pure body horror, abandoning the heroic look for a horrifying mutation. Captain America's face and uniform are corrupted, with his helmet shattered and his skin peeling back to expose raw, pinkish-white flesh. The most shocking detail is the monstrous second head emerging from his shoulder, open in a ferocious, silent snarl. The art is dark and visceral, turning the symbol of hope into a horrific, mutated nightmare. To best showcase the fine lines and textures of the decay, an Ink Finish with an intense Red Krackle is the perfect combination.
Daredevil is depicted not as a man in a costume, but as a massive, mutated creature. His body is a striking, unsettling mass of red, exposed, skin-like texture that suggests raw muscle and sinew. The traditional mask is replaced by a horrific, organic head with a gaping, dark maw. The overall effect is pure, unadulterated monster, a horrifying transformation that is perfectly captured by Momoko’s fluid, painterly style. Given the intense, singular red hue of the character, a Red Neon Border would make the figure leap off the card.
Sue Storm is transformed into a haunting, ethereal figure. She is depicted with a tragic expression, eyes closed, seemingly in pain or sorrow. Her classic Fantastic Four uniform has become a translucent, ghostly membrane, which chillingly reveals a dark, almost skeletal motif beneath the iconic '4' logo. Dark, ink-like tendrils restrain her, suggesting a loss of control or a terrible internal struggle made visible. It's a visually stunning blend of Momoko’s soft, watercolor-like finish and intense dark fantasy. To make the ethereal, translucent effect truly shine, the absolute best split for this variant is a White Krackle.
Ms. Marvel’s variant captures a moment of pure, raw terror for Kamala Khan, making it an exercise in unsettling horror. Ms. Marvel is shown visibly frightened and disheveled, with matted hair covering one eye and her face a grimace of fear and pain. Her iconic blue and yellow uniform is torn and dirty, with visible wounds and decay on her skin, amplifying the zombie/horror aesthetic. She appears caught and restrained by aggressive, vine-like green tendrils, suggesting she is trapped in a dark, hostile environment. To complement the muted, natural horror palette, a Gold Finish or a Ink split would make the figure pop with a sickly, metallic sheen.
Wolverine's variant focuses on his primal, animalistic side. Logan is captured mid-snarl, claws extended in an aggressive pose, wearing his classic yellow and blue suit. The card's standout feature is the visual connection to the wild, as two fierce wolves are prominently featured in the foreground and background, with their expressions mirroring Wolverine’s own savage rage. The entire piece is energetic, raw, and full of fine-lined detail that emphasizes the chaos and fury of a feral battle. Given the strong yellow and blue colors of the uniform, a Gold Finish is the natural, eye-catching choice to make the art pop.

Richard Isanove’s Street-Level Daredevil!
Artist: Richard Isanove
Source: Rare Pool
Richard Isanove is a legend, known for his distinctive painted style that has graced us with the Hercules Spotlight Variant. This variant perfectly captures his trademark realism and intensity.
The art is dominated by a stark, almost monochromatic grayscale background, which emphasizes the debris, shattered glass, and streaks of rain hitting the pavement. This gritty realism throws the single splash of color, Daredevil's deep crimson uniform, into sharp, immediate focus, giving him a true "Devil of Hell's Kitchen" presence. The action is dynamic, showing him mid-strike with his billy club, emerging from the darkness and chaos.
For a variant this moody and atmospheric, you have a couple of great options. A Black or White Krackle split would actually keep the striking red of his suit; it only inks the background and hero in the split process, making the red pop against a chaotic inked backdrop.
10/27
Paul Mafayon’s Leader Variant!
Artist: Paul Mafayon
Source: Unknown
Paul Mafayon is an artist known for a vibrant, quirky, and humorous style, especially in his board game illustration work. His work features cartoon expressiveness that is an absolute standout whenever it hits the game.
This Leader variant is fantastic, trading in the character's typical brooding evil for a more maniacal, cartoonish confidence. He is captured mid-taunt with a massive, wicked grin that showcases his inflated ego and genius-level intelligence.
The art style is characterized by very clean lines and a bold, vibrant color palette. The contrast between his signature green, oversized brain and the bright orange and yellow of his uniform gives the card a strong pop-art energy. The pose, throwing up a casual peace sign, is absolutely perfect for a villain who believes he's five steps ahead of everyone else.
This piece will look killer with a Green Krackle split to match the energy of his suit, or a simple Yellow Border to enhance that mischievous glow! It’s a great addition for collectors who love that more stylized, humorous take on the Marvel villains.
Peach Momoko's Moon Knight Variant!
Artist: Peach Momoko
Source: Super Rare Pool
The unparalleled artistry of Peach Momoko is back to give us a breathtakingly atmospheric take on the Fist of Khonshu!
This variant features Moon Knight in a truly haunting, almost ethereal depiction. His classic white cowl and cape dominate the frame, rendered with a subtle, flowing texture that makes him look like a ghostly apparition. The entire piece is steeped in a dark, cool palette of grays and blues, with the only true contrast being the black void of his mask and the moon symbol on his chest.
For splits, an Ink Finish would give this card the definitive, black-and-white look it deserves, or a White Krackle split to make the moon and the lightning in the background absolutely crackle with power. This is a must-have variant for any collector who loves the deep psychological roots of Moon Knight.
Dan Hipp's Moon Knight Variant!
Artist: Dan Hipp
Source: Rare Pool
You can always rely on the Rare Pool to deliver a shot of pure joy, and nothing says "joy" like Dan Hipp's unique, playful style! Hitting the shop today is a fantastic take on Moon Knight, giving the brooding hero a surprisingly adorable and colorful makeover.
Tucked right onto his shoulder is the bird-skull idol of his deity, Khonshu, reinforcing the mystical, slightly silly nature of his heroic calling. with Moon Knight looking tough but cute against the moody purple and blue background, is pure, signature Hipp.
This variant is set to be released on the same day, making it a double Moon Knight drop for the shop. For splits, this variant absolutely begs for a Rainbow Krackle effect to make all those vibrant colors pop off the card, or a simple Purple Border to enhance the dramatic background lighting.
NEW Card: Ivan Fomin's Zombie Sentry Variant!
Artist: Ivan Fomin
Source: Unknown
Just when you thought the Zombie Season was running out of steam, Ivan Fomin hits us with a new, utterly terrifying addition to his visceral, comic-accurate undead collection! Ivan Fomin's work, which kicked off the season with stunning Season Pass variants, perfectly captures the raw, grotesque look of the Marvel Zombies.
This Zombie Sentry variant is nothing less than horrifying. The Sentry, Marvel's golden boy, is twisted into a decayed monstrosity, with his classic gold and blue costume ripped and darkened. His blonde hair is wild and matted, framing a snarling face with exposed teeth and a single, menacing red glowing eye. This is pure, raw power corrupted into horror.
The pose is showing off how he is gripping with both hands, channeling his immense power as raw, sputtering yellow energy erupts, bathing the scene in a sickly, ominous glow. The contrast between the brilliant yellow energy and the dark, decaying flesh makes this card instantly demand attention on the board.
For splits, you absolutely must lean into that golden power. A Gold Finish would make the whole variant look radioactive, or a Red Krackle split would perfectly match his glowing eye and the chaotic red background, enhancing the horror factor! This is a powerful piece to add to your undead horde!
Rian Gonzales's Chibi Zombie Sentry Variant!
Artist: Rian Gonzales
Source: Super Rare Pool
Following up on the horrific Fomin take, the master of the adorable and unsettling, Rian Gonzales, swoops in with her distinct Chibi Zombie Sentry!
This Super Rare variant takes the character's immense power and puts it on a tiny, zombified frame. The little Sentry is captured mid-power-burst, with lightning crackling around his oversized head and a furious, yet small, expression on his face.
The color palette is pure neon joy! The flames erupting from his golden hair and hands are a vibrant yellow-orange, which pop intensely against the moody blue and purple backdrop, and the light blue-gray of his decaying chibi skin. Similar to her other chibi zombies, this one takes a gruesome concept and drowns it in bright, vibrant color.
If you're collecting the full set of Rian's Chibi Zombies, this is an essential piece. It's going to look absolutely phenomenal with a Rainbow Krackle split to make all those bright colors stand out and amplify that eerie cuteness!
Dardo Studios' Champion Variant Showcase!
Artist: Dardo Studios
Source: Champion Variants
This is huge! We've got a fantastic quadruple drop from Dardo Studios, who are delivering a cohesive set of incredible Champion Variants! Dardo Studios is known for its high-quality art and character design, and this set takes some of Marvel's most popular characters and gives them a dark, armored, and war-ready upgrade.
The Carnage variant is a beast! It trades his traditional lean, organic look for a heavily armored, mecha-inspired aesthetic. The thick, gray and black segmented armor plating looks ripped from some other mechanical being, while the red symbiote underneath looks like raw, exposed muscle. The jagged armor and wicked tendrils give this Destroy card an intimidating, champion-like presence. For splits, I'd go with a Red Krackle to match the raw symbiote energy!
The Thor Champion variant portrays the God of Thunder in mid-battle, calling down Mjolnir with a powerful, outstretched hand. This is a brilliant depiction of raw, heroic power. He's clad in bulky, metallic blue and gold armor with a dramatically flowing red cape. The lightning bolts crackling around Mjolnir and his hands look absolutely electric, and you can practically feel the crackle as he summons the thunder. A Blue Krackle split on this would be an instant win!
Magneto gets a gorgeous, dark fantasy overhaul! This variant features the Master of Magnetism in imposing, layered armor that includes red and purple tones and sharp, spiked accents. He looks like a medieval warlord, complete with a terrifying sword at his hip, reinforcing his status as a commanding presence in any lane. This is a seriously dramatic and powerful Magneto variant. For maximum impact, a Red Neon Border is an absolute must!
Finally, Ghost-Spider gets a sleek and battle-ready Champion variant. She maintains her classic white and pink color scheme but adds futuristic, sharp black and gold armor plating to her suit, giving her a more tactical look. Her crouching pose, ready to move, conveys immense agility and speed, perfectly capturing the essence of the character while leaning into that high-tech fantasy armor look. The final touch? A clean White Krackle split for maximum contrast!
This entire set is incredible and a fantastic showing from Dardo Studios. It looks like a potential album or bundle that you won't want to miss if you're a fan of this armored, fantasy aesthetic!
