I decided to test a build and see how good it is after 100 battles in pool 3. I tried this deck from 11/17/2022 to 11/20/2022 from Rank 67 to 92 and it worked very well. 

It seemed like my opponents got too greedy seeing my deck was lower pool cards most of the time which allows me to switch the tide of battle with Shang Chi and with Storm, I guaranteed to win one location each time with Storm's ability. Klaw when needed to help with storms in case you lose while with a strong 20+ power on your second location.
