Deck Still in testing
I love love love Luke Cage as a card. Kinda wish they would make him ever better where he negates all stat decreases and negative power (make goblins void) but im ok that being a dream
This deck relies on appearing to be one thing and being something separate. I wanted to try and make it hard to guess when we are playing.
Lets take a look at the Cards Currently (cards in bold are Staples for now)
Hood - Hood give us a few things in this deck.
1. Demons are cheap power pushes. With the ceiling this deck has, it is much needed.
2. Best fodder for Viper
Black Widow - Stall, annoy and get another target on their board for Hazmat
Hazmat - Core to the deck and new best buddy to Luke Cage. Ideally played on Wong, but some board states you can win with just one proc
Luke Cage - The other part of the duo. Luke negates HazMat's downside making her a very powerful t6. Don't play Luke early. Hold him until the end for ultimate surprise. Luke also blocks Typhoid Mary's downside!
Luke Can be played after Hazmat! so dont worry about playing hazmat t5.
Psylocke - Psylocke is on the bubble. She can be nice to get Sera or Wong out early. She also is good fodder for Viper.
Viper - Still about 80 percent on Viper. She is great, and feels really good when u can fill a lane with a crappy black widow, Psylocke or at best Hood. However this deck has lots of options so she may see some time not being played as well.
Green Goblin - How can you not use GG? Perfect Hazmat target, keeps the curve play in our favor, overall too good not to use.
Debrii- Loving Debrii atm. She still does her annoying Junk plays., but hazmat hits harder with Luke on the board.
Wong - The secondary engine of the deck. Lots of random locations can make this deck really potent with him in it. And if not, we get 2 procs of Hazmat and maybe double rocks.
Shang-Chi - So far, good results with Shang-Chi, lets us kill that one problematic power push. Just not ready to say he is a staple yet.
Typhoid Mary - Typhoid Mary is good, really good. I think she is best played early. Could make you look like some weird Red Skull deck. But when u drop Luke t6 - you will swing a lot of power they my not expect. In Conjunction with Hazmat, can turn a lot of close games into blowout 8 cubers. Still watching how she plays with no Luke tho.
Sera - Sera cause, you know.. She might be good. Allowing us to have a huge rug pull of :
Wong + Hazmat + Luke Cage + Demon on turn 6 is divine. Never saw it coming.
Also Pilk is a thief but I love him still.
