I desperately want Thanos to be better than he is. But the fact of the matter is, it's way too hard to get all the stones and him on the board at the same time.
But wait! The power stone says that the stones only have to be played. They don't have to still exist on the board. Thanos himself is a longshot, but the stones can be made use of.
So, the stones are the fodder for a modified Death wave. The key is to keep on destroying them wantonly except for the power stone.
Absorbing man gets some fantastic redemption here as a card as well. He can take the abilities of the stones in a pinch, but he also can be played after carnage, venom, taskmaster, or Zola.
There's complicated interactions here, and a TON of unexpected interactions, and the deck is super volatile. Definitely not a formula to it, but it does seem to win pretty consistently.
