The main strategy is to drop She Hulk, Death and Aero on Turn 6.
To do this, any card both yours and opponents should be destroyed, it reduces Death's cost. Destroy at least 4 cards. The fastest way for me is Squirrel Girl and Killmonger. That's 3 already plus other cards that might be caught with it like Sunspot.
Feed Bucky to Carnage or Deathlok to build an early lead.
Only play Wave on turn 5. This reduces Death's base cost to 4 so destroying 4 or more cards make her a free card at 0 cost.
Since Wave only costs 3, 2 energy excess will be reduced from She Hulk's new base cost making her a 2 cost card.
Finally, Aero will be a cost 4 card allowing you to drop all 3 on turn 6.
Place She Hulk and Death on locations where you are contested. The strategy is to use Aero and disrupt enemy placements. If applicable, play Aero on locations where the enemy is already winning so she can move that card there and nullify their effort to contest a location.
Other strategy is skipping turn 5 and playing Aero and She-Hulk on turn 6 using the same tactics of disrupting enemy placements.
You may also have the chance to place Death as early as turn 3. If you have the chance, drop her in Flooding locations for a secure win on that area.
