This is a basic idea...Keeping a lot of what we know and love from Ultron Patriot, but looking at unreleased cards, I came across Dazzler and couldn't help but wanting to make something with her...and since her effect is basically Mojo but having to have your entire board have 4 characters at each location, I figured a zoo swarm was the easiest way to accomplish this.
The deck though plays with Mojo/Dazz it could still be a regular Patriot deck without them, so if you don't draw them, you should be fine, but with them, they are an easy +6 to two separate locations or +12 to the same location.
This deck may even fill locations too fast, so you might have to think about how you are going to play your cards, cause spaces on the battlefield gets taken up VERY quickly...
