Hey, welcome back to another one of my deck builds. We've covered alot about the deck in the deck breakdown section of the video, so I'll be including whatever was not said there in here. Firstly, let's talk about location for Captain Marvel interactions I've found to be quite weird:
Besides the Ant-Man play I talked about in the video, the current featured location Weirdworld. Now I believe she doesn't take into account the location effect "whoever has more cards here gain +100 power" (I might be wrong and overlooked something so please if you have any additional info kindly make a comment about this). To be honest, I guess it's understandable but it's just annoying as to why the card can't take some card effects or location effects into account, and she instantly considers those situations a loss and doesn't move at all. Even in that sea of problems I've had playing with Marvel, it's a really good deck which has pushed me up to Omega from Vibranium so I can't really complain.
What's my gameplan if all pieces are right?
Turn 1: Ice Man/Ant Man
Turn 2: Goose
Turn 3: Depends on what I'm playing against, I might put Cosmo or KingPin down first to push my opponent from playing cards at a location or to disable a play that's about to take place.
Turn 4: Same game plan as turn 3.
Turn 5: Captain Marvel
Turn 6: Spectrum
Now this deck gets countered and outpowered in some cases, so that's why we have suggestions up there as well. Just to note I'm only CL854, so my collection list isn't so wide, and I am making do with what I have at the moment. Talking about suggestions, I'd highly recommend Omega Red and Mojo due to the power struggle. I'd definitely look out for those and will add them to my deck once I do manage to get them. If you have any further suggestions and why, feel free to make a comment or if you'd like to ask a few questions as well. Thanks for your time.
