Yes, I feel dirty for using this, but I was looking for ways to capitalize on the Surfer meta and make a solid deck that could also beat out mirror matches. The result was this abomination.
This deck has a very solid surfer core that is the primary win condition. The same raw power and stats you're used to from a surfer deck is enough to win you a ton of games.
However, where this deck looks to build on the Surfer Archetype is to give an unexpected second or alternate win condition where you might be outstripped late game.
Leech is able to wipe out most turn 6 combo decks and you should be in a good spot with your strong tempo cards such that you can pretty easily wrap up the game on turn 6. Don't be afraid to Max on turn 4 to give Leech more cards to hit.
Leader - is another (toxic) option to capitalize on opponents as they generally don't see it coming when you've been putting down 3 drops all game in preparation for surfer. The Tempo Leech Leader combo works as it has for the last month, but where this can steal you some cubes is in the mirror surfer matches. A turn 5 surfer + lizard/scorpion can gives you a big power spike turn 5 and leaves them the options of retreating, not using surfer at all, or giving you a second surfer, all of which will net you the win in most cases (obviously board space is something you have to watch).
Again, I feel dirty, but go ahead and use Dirty Surfer while you can.
