Turn 1-2 almost blindly play out 1-2 drops while getting Mystique, Dino, or Destroyer to the left to get copied.
Turn 3 decide what the game plan is based on locations and opponent. Do you slam Cosmo, or hold it to counter a Wong? What is your ideal turn 6 going to look like?
Turn 4 either a card from Coulson, play moongirl, or 1 drop + Cosmo.
Turn 5 secure 1 location as best as possible.
Turn 6 get creative: 2 Mystiques, Dino Mystique, a bunch of collector procs, Destroyer both on or off Cosmo (off to counter leader). There are Agent 13 and Coulson cards in your hand as well.
