Current post pat-sera-surfer list. The plan remains the same as before, personally I think the nerf pretty much took him from absolute domination tier to  pretty damn good tier plus i just like him so this is the list iv had a good run with since the season started a few days ago.

If you absolutely cant live without him you can slot cyclops in for cosmo or rogue but with all the greed decks running around right now I certainly wont be making that switch, i ran it for a while with him subbed for cosmo and wong/discard/ongoing stuff was taking the shotty to my knees so run him at your own risk.
