Here are some key tips against Shuri users:
When they play Armor, you play Storm or Goose that lane. Now their big card is exposed to Shang. Not only that you also win that lane most of the time.
Storm, then Spiderman a different lane followed by Professor X. Access the flooded lane with Captain Marvel.
If they play their Red Skull alone at one lane prepare for a Zola. Shang Chi if you have priority. Cosmo counters Zola and Taskmaster.
Storm and Jessica Jones to secure one lane. Yolo Spiderman. If they played their Redskull on there you Shang Chi it. If they played nothing, you won that lane. Most probably they will retreat. If they still stay then its probably Arnim Zola so prepare to Shang Chi or Cosmo block it.
Goose single handedly disables Red Skull or Taskmaster from entering her lane. Goose with Sunspot or Maximus is usually enough to win that lane. She does suffer against She-Hulk but let's be real, if they skip turn 5 then you know She-Hulk is coming.
Of course nothing goes 100% by your plan and same for your opponent too so try to adapt and change yourself for the situations and locations.
This deck (Credits to CozySnap) helped me beat mediocre Shuri players. It also beats non optimized Shuri decks. However, I still lost to some shuri decks like the Sauron version where they can simply put Titania and Lizard on turn 6 on my Goose lane. The She-Hulk version can also access Goose lane.
This deck specializes in shutting and securing lanes early at the same time controlling your opponent. Goose and Storm are single handedly the MVP of this deck.
If I am facing Thanos users, I try to see how long I can last before they snap but most of the time I retreated for 1 cube. It is impossible to beat Thanos deck because they can just easily zoo through your control. However, the good thing was due to facing a lot of Shuri decks, I was able to snag 2, 4 or sometimes even 8 cubes. The net gain was overall a lot more. Bots were there too but the annoying thing is now they retreat, just giving me 1, 2 or sometimes 4 cubes (If I snap early). Not to mention they also have a better A.I, they are no longer free cubes.
