The perfect play is:

1- Bast set Gwenpool power in 3

2-Play Gwenpool

3- Add Hulkbuster to Gwenpool (power 10 now)

4-Play Beast to get Gwenpool again

5-Now we can play Shuri and Gwenpool (40 power!!)

6-Zola to get 2 Gwenpool (80 power!!!!!!!!!!) o Taskmaster.

You can also use Forge or Nakia to increase power, Crystal if you don't have a good hand and the combination Wong-Zola that works well.
