Shadow Surfer (Shadow King cost reduction patch 4/6/2023)

This is an update to Sera Surfer that now includes Shadow King since he's been changed to a 3/3. Make sure you're playing Shadow King before Surfer and if in the same lane with Thor, before Hammer. Thor can be swapped out for Lizard to help maintain priority going into turn 6, I mostly just wanted Thor here to use the Throg variant :)
