Capn's Dark Spectrum

The idea of this deck is to play all of the Ongoing cards with negative effects, the same way as a Zero deck. The big play is Sera on T5, and Hazmat/Spectrum on T6 for a massive shift in power. Hopefully you’ve got Luke Cage down already!
