Has Luke cage for any stage that would lower power and mess up cerebro, but he's switchable if you dont have. If your lacking any specific cards one thing I would look out for is try to add as little as possible extra 1-cost cards as you can, if you load up on all 1-drop 2-power cards then your succeptible to get wiped by anyone with killmonger. Other than that, enjoy!
Tips to win - Play goose early as possible to lock down whatever location the opponent has played the least on (consider if he will play there at all, if you dont think so then dont play goose there) then next turn play storm on location youve filled out most or 2nd least populated location for opponent. After fill board and wait for the forfeit.
Use invisible woman to hide cerb and mystique with the bonus of not having to play them right after another meaning (you can play cerb on same location as invis woman, next turn play whatever anywhere else then play mystique on invis woman location and as long as you didnt add any other cards on that location before playing mystique the end game order will allow mystique to work with cerb. good for when you get cerb but dont have mystique yet or when you need to play something else early due to lockdowns or whatever.
Invis woman also good to stop rogue or enchantress from killing your win potential. They cant zap what they cant see. Has same effect that dracula has, her effect dosent activate till the games over so you know they cant last turn nullify your ongoing's. Super skrull will still take effect but as long as they dont also have a cerb deck as well then cerb/mystiq's effect will boost one of their cards which hopefully isnt enough to swing the match.
only downside to using invis women is when you need to play storm or goose on a location in order to lock it down and you've already played invis women on it. (itll happen eventually)
Let your opponent snap, try to either hide cerb mystique behind invis woman or dont play them until T6 and usually on or before T5 the opponent will snap, its happened so many times where they snap 5 then retreat on 6. Always cracks me up. I rarely snap first but I always counter snap unless Ive dead drawn and dont have cerb.
