Silver Spectrum

Silver surfer spectrum deck that benefits from the fact that there is a pretty solid quantity of ongoing 3 drops that are decent. Considering at least 1 or 2 more two drop ongoing cards in place of the worst 3 drops like punisher and also I think the deck is maybe missing some of the most impactful 3 drops like storm and maximus? But anyways this is the first draft.
