Play 2 Costs/3 Costs Missions - Inexpensive Cerebro 3

Cerebro 3 can fit in a lot of different cards that may fit better in your pocket meta. Cards such as Jean Grey, Jeff, Shadow King, Juggernaut, and even Quake if you want to have some, are all great options to switch in. You can even put some other cards for Bast to hit like Wasp. This is just a shell for early pool 3 players, far from an optimized C3 list if there is such a thing.
