This is a deck that revolves around Loki and having cards in your hand that are randomly generated by your Shield cards.
Let's go over the main cards-
Quinjet- Quinjet effect is essential in any Loki deck since its cost reduction synergises with Loki's effect thus making your generated cards cost 2 less (but not less than 1).
Collector- an amazing card with Loki and the Shield cards since we can rack up his power very consistently.
Devil Dino- since we have so many ways to keep our hand full Dino fits right in since we can very easily get him to 17 power.
Loki- the star of the show, Loki makes it so any randomly generated card we've made by his effect will cost less and with the Shield package we can make sure Loki will always have a lot of cards to copy from your opponent thus making it a lot more consistent for us.
