This deck is designed with the purpose of make Werewolf By Night to shine and create fun, not trying to be meta or competitive.
Werewolf seems like a fun card to play moving around between locations every turn. Playing it with other move-increasing power like Kraven and Vulture is the main plan for this deck, so we're going to need space to those moves
The best way of moving Werewolf is to use cheap on reveal cards BUT we don't need a, I don't know, 15 power Werewolf we are ok with a 7 or 9 power for a 3 cost card. 11 power is perfect. More power is awesome but we need to win 2 locations, not only the Werewolf location. So to move Werewolf we'll use 1, 2 and 3 cost cards. Decks with more 1 cost cards will have space problems to move and wil be countered with Killmonger, so is preferable not to abuse on 1 cost cards
Iceman is a reliable option as a cheap-disruption card, role that Yondu, Korg or some other 1 cost can perform. Sentinel allow us to have an on reveal card every turn in our hand. Spider-Man has good sinergy with Kraven and Werewolf. Green Goblin will not occupy a spot that can be needed and we can use it as a Galactus counter (not very common right now but a counter to the deck). Venom can create the room we need eating some junk, Sentinel and Spider-Man
We have 3 move enablers for Vulture: Iron Fist, Cloak and Heimdall. Others like Ghost Spider or Dr.Strange can be added if needed, but don't seem necessary. These cards can move Vulture but they wil move Werewolf too, so they give us two moves for one card played
Heimdall is a "surprise?" card here. Heimdall as a card has a problem that Werewolf can solve. Heimdall's decks don't use to fight for the right location. Its 8 power is not usually enought to fight the location so they fight for the other too. But now with Werewolf, Heimdall can be played on the right location and Werewolf will fly to join him, allowing us to reach 15/17/19 power with both cards, maybe more if Green Goblin was played here. And he will make Kraven and Vulture very big. Not perfect but really good option, and makes our game less predictible
Luke Cage is on the deck to protect our power scalers, they are the win-condition on the deck
As suggestions Silk and Aero can fit in the deck. Silk is awesome with Kraven, but can create us space problems. Aero with Werewolf can reach some 6 cost cards with big power and be the best finisher for some games. They both have good stats and can substitute Venom or Green Goblin
Fisk Tower and Shang Chi doesn't exist. Have fun
