Capn’s Spread the Love

Omega Red fans rejoice! Since he got a rework, I felt like it was time to put him in a deck that can benefit from spreading out power. I dropped him in a Bully Move shell for some extra disruption, but the core of the deck is the Power-spreading cards: Mr. Fantastic, Miss Marvel, and Doctor Doom.
