A deck built around Baron Zemo that attacks the opponent's deck AND their hand, while both outputting great power and having tech in the form of Shang Chi.
Spider-Ham, Yondu, and Cable are great earlygame cards for distruption, and can net easy snaps and free retreats if you get the right card.
Magik on curve is great, but she can be played on 4 depending on the situation and draw. Otherwise, on turn 3/4 Zemo and Gladiator are great plays too. Keep in mind both your board space and your opponents though, especially since you're looking to set up a Doc Ock.
Be mindful of Absorbing Man plays (more at the bottom) if applicable, or what card your stole from Cable, if it is playable.
Turn 5 is a great Doc Ock turn if you know what lane to target (Wong Lane, Rickety Bridge, full clog a lane, etc), otherwise Black Bolt is better (especially if no Magik), since you now have access to a Stature that costs 1, which pairs greatly with Shang or even Dock Ock on the final turn.
If turn 6 is the final turn, then either split your power with Stature+Gladiator/Shang/Doc Ock(into full lane), or if you have a lane already won, slam Red Hulk.
If you have a turn 7, then you can play all 3 of Black Bolt, Doc Ock, and Red Hulk. Just make sure you sequence the plays if you want to snipe a card with Black Bolt or Clog/Distrupt with Doc Ock. Oftentimes, you'll have milled out the opponent Shang, making Red Hulk safe to slam
Absorbing Man is a flex, you can use him to steal another card if you have to play Cable on 3, or copy Zemo, clog another lane with Doc Ock, even Gladiator if you're playing against Cerebro3, etc. Another tactic is to copy Shang Chi, but you need to pre-emptively Shang on 5/6, or have an Elysium/Uptopia etc. game. He's the obvious 12th card in the deck, and maybe something like Grandmaster might be better.
