Blink and you miss it

This is a random idea from some leaks that put leech at 4/2 in the future (since it is a leak it may not happen) but if so the goal in this deck would be sort of a tempo disruption deck, you leech on 4, oct on 5 (no shang to hit you) and then you can do shang+jeff or doom/rulk on 6.

Why jubilee? Cause you can blink her after she pulls.

Why vision? Cause you can move him and blink him giving you a way to put a 6 cost in any lane you want.
