Exclusions of Common Inclusions
I don't like the idea of Lockjaw/Crystal/Adam Warlock with Arishem... trading randomness for... more randomness? I also do not like Magik, since Limbo could be good for a big turn 7, but it could also be drawing Ebony Maw and then your opponent gets +7 energy for their consistent strategy lol.
Potential Swaps
Jubilee can be swapped for Iron Lad. Rogue is here for one main reason: Arishem loses to Darkhawk. I chose her instead of Enchantress as to not disrupt the ongoing cards in the deck, but another good 3 or 4 drop might just be a better idea. War Machine? Gladiator? (Blob on turn 5, mystique + 4 energy on turn 6 was one line I thought of) Overall, I'm not very interested in slotting in many tech cards over better curve choices just to not draw them... Other cards that I think could be fun build-arounds in very different Arishem decks are Loki, Pixie, and Thanos (30 card deck lol)
Extra Energy Cheat
I went with Psylocke as the energy gain of choice, allowing for just enough ramp at just the right time. Hope summers could be good, but what if you draw only cards that you don't want to play next to her? I feel like getting multiple turns of +2 energy is a bit unnecessary with the uncertainty of how much you can actually use that energy, which is also why I didn't choose Sera (also turn 4 seems a bit late for not knowing what's coming next if your hand is dead).
