Unsure how good this list will be, lots of sersi RNG, but you can definitely put up good numbers, maybe not as many as hela though, and magik does help hela. 

-Red guardian and Rogue are swappable (red guardian is obviously better).
-Nico can be any 1 drop, maybe a 2 drop like white widow or forge.
-Sage and Gladiator are interchangeable, im not sure which is better, gladiator is better as a temp 3 drop but you will almost always have phastos or brood or magik instead for turns 3-4, so sage is probably better
-Surfer is probably necessary

Advice is more than welcome! I'd love to create a BDIF with my name on it so critique away until we create the best list possible!
