Gonna keep this briefer than most of my write-ups despite this being the deck I have the most experience in. Just wanna explain the main differences in philosophy.
With the change to Hell Cow, I dropped Drac + Apoc completely. You might think it blasphemous, but Drac/Apoc is extremely predictable and mathable, causing poor cube rates the further you climb. Discard needs unpredictability to remain competitive, which is why I have been a Helicarrier truther for like a year now (ever since the short-lived JimmyDickins Miek deck with Wong and Heli). But it wasn't until now that I felt justified in dropping Drac + Apoc completely. Hell Cow enables the scalers to more reliably outpace Dracula/Apocalypse, and with more consistency, giving you not just two extra discards, but usually snowballing those two extra discards into a lot more scaling, making Collector, Morbius, and Miek harder to math out, especially since Miek ends up being a 7-12 power Jeff on T6 that you can put wherever he's needed. Helicarrier furthers this focus on scalers, but also provides you with unpredictable ass-pulls that often result in large cube gains. This is mostly possible due to the inclusion of Corvus, which turns you into an Arishem deck with more consistency. I could talk about my philosophy on discard decks for a long time, so I'll cut it here.
