Ultron and Debrii can push tokens into a Storm lane to add extra power later. Ka-Zar, Blue Marvel, Onslaught and Mystique reduce the risk when you don't draw Patriot.

Goose is for a bit more control to play into the Storm lane the turn before you play Storm, or in a token lane to reduce your opponent's options.
