Game plan can differ based on whether you played Sandman or Wave as your floodgate.
SANDMAN:
Focus on building up Ronan, on the final turn you can use Arnim Zola or Dr. Doom to push other lanes, or Odin to push Ronan higher.

Mordo> Mystique> Sandman> Ronan> Odin (on Mystique)
Psylocke> Sandman> Maximus> Ronan> 6-cost
WAVE:
Chain Arnim Zola and Odin to activate Wave's ability over multiple turns, limiting your opponent to one card every turn. Finish off the final turn with Dr. Doom or Ronan. More flexible than Sandman, but will let the opponent play their high-end cards.

DID NOT DRAW EITHER:
In the case Sandman and Wave are at the bottom of the deck, the plan shifts to attempting to win 2 locations, keeping the third open for Arnim Zola. Use Psylocke (on turn 4) to play 2 of the 6-cost cards.

SUGGESTED CARDS
Leader helps secure the game on turn 6. Be aware of priority, whether he can copy Destory cards, and that he will not copy cards that are destroyed (Death's Domain, Danger Room) or shuffled back in to the deck by Lockjaw.
Goose, similar to Storm, removes options from your opponent but does not stop Dr. Doom or Arnim Zola from adding high-power cards to the location.
America Chavez is a suggested card because she helps you draw your other control and combo cards more reliably.
Venom is an alternate Arnim Zola target, provided there are enough cards for him to eat to make it worthwhile.
Taskmaster can copy a big Ronan (or Venom). Copying him with Arnim Zola will reactivate his ability, copying the power of the last card played (before Arnim Zola).
