This one is probably the least consistent of the Cerebro builds at the moment...there isn't a lot of synergizing 4 Power cards, so youre mostly running as low as you can that either do have 4 power or can get to 4 power...
Sera is your best card, honestly, being able to drop 3 3-drops is pretty huge and this build has a lot of them (You could try to run Surfer, but I don't know if it'll be consistent, it might just be too much tech for this deck).
This deck mostly wants to win left and right, try to get Ms Marvel at mid and buff the left and right, and with Blob (which has been side-boarded) on one side, and using Cloak you can really try to not have cards at mid with Ms Marvel. While we are trying to win left or right lanes, Kingpin is a strong tech card, since a lot of "Move Deck" right now move cards to the left (and future cards look to move randomly) so Kingpin is a strong counter for "move" abilities on turn 6.
But if it does happen where you can't utilize Ms Marvel, they still get big as 4 Power cards, they become 6 Power each with Cerebro, 8 with Mystique...thats 24 Power to all the locations that have 4 4-power cards there...if you do get Ms Marvel, thats 29...that's pretty solid!
*Updated w/ sideboard*
I put Crystal in the sideboard as a way of, if you haven't drawn Cerebro by 4 it might be a good way to try and pull it, for turn 6 and quite possibly one of the best decks for Crystal.
This deck doesn't have a 6drop so the Living Tribunal would work well I feel with cards like Ms Marvel and Klaw buffing locations and Cerebro/Mystique buffing cards...if all else fails, hopefully you can spread your buffs evenly for a surprise turn 6 win...
Leigon should always be a considered card for Cerebro 4...one of the things that makes Cerebro a harder deck to run than Patriot or Ka-Zoo, is locations buffing cards in your hand or on the field, now...if you do get Wakandan Embassy, Cerebro decks can be rough, but if lets say turn 1 you hit Sakaar and it hits Leigon, then you might be looking at a leveled playing field that would do quite well.
