Cerebro 12

I ran this deck so you don't have to. 

Cerebro 12 is a straight up Cheat deck. It functions exactly the same as a cheat deck would. In a dozen games I only hit 3 cards with Cerebro once (though taking advantage  of a power imbalance to concentrate the bonus where it was unexpected did win me one other game).

Still, there is nothing added to the deck by running Cerebro that can't also be added by including Infininaut or Red Baron in among the cards to be cheated out.
