If you read my description for Cerebro 5, you'll've read that that deck is one of the more powerful Cerebro builds that remains relatively consistent...well Cerebro 8 is also quite up there...
Starting from Cerebro 7 I've been utilizing the Lockjaw/Jubilee combo to cheat in bigger cards but this deck does it in such a way that it could hold as a viable threat on the ladder...Yes this deck crumble to Shang-Chi, but I also have stolen many cubes with the crazy cards this deck plays.
0s/Jane Foster are a huge core mechanic of the build, many times on turn 3 I've been able to play Lockjaw/Wasp to fetch out Yellowjacket and Wasp so all future draws are JUST beneficial cards to this deck, but also Jacket/Wasp hold a significant secondary tech.
The addition of Sentry is pretty crazy cause I figured I'd try with him, but was wondering how the Void would be a hinderance but then I discovered a number that I thought was just too crazy to work, but it does...so if you play Lockjaw/Wasp, fetch Jane to obtain the two 0s of the deck, and then play Sentry on 4, you can play on turn 5, Yellowjacket, Wasp and Carnage to right and you'll have not only an 8-power Carnage, but you'll have enough energy to drop Cerebro, if you hadn't drawn/played it til then. Crazy!
Crossbones is Crossbones...a Solid 4-cost, 8-power card...if you want, you could sub Cross out for whatever you want that'll fit your build, but I just reckon, if you can cheat Cross out, then you don't have to worry about his ability, but also its just an 8-power on board, but also in this deck, Crossbones' ability is still pretty easy to work around.
Odin...Do you know how many times, I get Goblin'd...more than I'd like (I'm sure you're in the same boat) well Odin is a great measure to send those pesky goblins back to their board...I've even once sent back both goblins with a single Odin, that was very satisfying...but also Odin works VERY well if you Lockjaw/Wasp, fetch Jane, grab your 0s, Wasp to Lockjaw's location next turn, fetch Odin, retrigger Jane to get your Wasp back...works very well, and happens a decent amount of times, more than I'd probably think it should.
Heimdall is just an MVP card. NOBODY expects Heimy when you aren't playing move and then all of a sudden BOOM! everything shifts and now you just won left and mid, which works well if the Void is still on board, cause you just don't card about right! Heimdall has one of the most powerful abilities in the game, and its always fun to see Heimdall outside of move, which is rare, but honestly I feel we should see more, cause Heimdall is more than just a Move Deck boss card...Heimy is a legit tech card that could win a lot of games in other builds!
