Based on a deck list found elsewhere but modified for a few less pool 3 cards. The math works out that you should theoretically, bar any bad locations, get wave on turn 3 a little over 50% of the time and by turn 4 Jubilee or Wave 90% of the time.
Strategy: The main goal of the deck is to win 2 locations with huge power plays. If Agatha on T4, Devil Dino or Taskmaster on T5, with Hulk or Doom T6. Many other decks try to split power among all 3 so it can be hard for them to catch up if you have 17 power in one lane by T4 so will abandon it.
On T5 70% of the time play Devil Dino who will avg 13 power by themself. Play in a lobsided lane. If they have low value cards in 1 lane play there. If they have 0 cards in a lane try there.
Other times if you do not have Odin in hand, you can chance Jubilee to grab Odin and then grab another 9+ power for a huge swing. This is risky and only recommend if you are losing bad in a lane.
If you have Odin in hand and not Dr. Doom, you can chance Jubilee for Dr. Doom then T6 Odin that lane for 10 power in the other lanes.
T6 Hulk. Most people expect some fancy T6 spread out power but slamming him with Dino makes the lane very hard to win.
Know when to escape. If you do not get wave or Jubilee on board by T4 your chances of winning become MUCH harder. If they snap retreat. If T6 looks 50/50 retreat.
Know when to snap. If they have low value on board by T3-T4 and you have Agatha on the board, there is a decent chance you win with pure stats. If they also snap evaluate T6 and if there is a decent chance they can overcome 12 power swing retreat and lose 4 rather than 8.
Tech Cards: Vision and Doom help in the scenarios where a location is locked up for one reason or another and the other player also is having a hard time getting cards to that location. Comes in clutch a good number of times.
Edit: After a lot of play and getting new cards I highly recommend Taskmaster. It is a great 14 power turn 5 play and even better if Agatha plays herself on a location that grants her more power.
Swapables:
-Dracula is a new tech card I have added and replaced Death with. The reason being is that this deck feels absolutely awful if you don't draw Wave or Jubilee by turn 4. only having Turn 5 and 6 to play feels rough so Dracula is a good option as if you don't have anything else it means your discarded card will likely be a decent power card. He is still very situational and most of the time is not played.
-Death is a very rare play but can come in clutch where enemy is playing destroy, Death Wave, or locations that destroy cards. If swapped, I recommend Infinaut.
-Infinaut is tricky. He is a very rare play and mostly only a pull for Jubilee. You can try tech cards like Magneto or Areo, but I do not own them so milage may vary.
-Hulk can be switched out for another big body but is fairly consistent in my experience.
-Doctor Doom is a nice to have not a need to have. He is great for the reach but also if you can get him down before T6 with Odin.
-Giganto is probably a slightly better option than Doctor Doom. Its a toss up. Doctor Doom is a bit of surprise factor but Giganto is more reliable.
-Taskmaster is more often than not better than Vision. However he is a pool 3 card so Vision or Gamora would be my replacements.
-Vision. I haven't found another card I'd rather have right now. Gamora is a worse Dino. Ms. Marvel often misses with that 1 power. Hobgoblin I think could be good but, if Agatha is still playing for you, she can probably mess you up. Spider woman is a 5/7 at worst and a 5/11 at best. Would rather play Dino. If I get Task Master, this might be the replacement.
Things to look out for:
-Shang Chi is your worst nightmare. Always try to think if they have Shang Chi. It is not super common but played enough to worry about it.
-Gambit is scary since you do not play a lot of cards on the board. The odds he will hit a big body are pretty decent and you do not have a ton of recovery options.
-Goose is very annoying and restricts you to 2 lanes. Not impossible to win but is harder.
-Leader is a very common play with wave on T3. It will match your Agatha power and make you have to play very smart.
-Leach is not the worse counter as it will only affect your turn 6. It is a flip flop on if it is helpful or hurtful to your game.
