Hey guys, welcome again to one of my decks. I believe this deck is not quite common, I'm mean the hobgoblin variation. I've only faced similar decks about thrice throughout my stay in pool 2, I may be wrong as well. So moving on, the deck plays around Hobgoblin, Sabretooth, Carnage and Killmonger. Each being good at specific case scenarios, lets start:
- Killmonger is highly versatile. He's a main play again 1 cost decks, zoo deck and Kazar decks. You tend to face quite a good number of those in pool 2, so having him in the deck and playing turn 6 is quite interesting.
- Sabretooth felt mediocre to me at first, but I really appreciated how flexible he can be over time. He is in my opinion a key factor to this deck ,as you can work around were you need that 4 power on turn 6 wherever you're lacking.
- Carnage as always is a go-to for destroy decks, he goes from a 2-2 to 2-4, 6, 8 & 9 (with nova buff). More than enough power for a 2 cost card, just pair with Bucky and you have 14-15 power on one location with 2 cards.
- Hobgoblin play allows you to secure a location and focus more on another location. Now this doesn't mean you totally ignore where hobgoblin is, as there can and will definitely be situations where he will get Odin'd and return back to your hand.
