Turn 1, if you don't have Sunspot you're gonna wanna float,
Turn 2 Liz or Zabu if you have, Typically even if you have Fist, you really don't want to play him until every location is visible as there are multiple combos for fist not just fist Vulture. If you see Death Domain/Sanctum Sanctorum/Alter/ etc any tough location you always want to snap if you have Fist in hand as that alone can win you the game, especially sanctum, be wary of destroy locations if you're against a destroy deck obviously but I shouldn't have to say that.
Turn 3 often times you'll either play Polaris or Miles to manipulate their lanes to how you want them, this is especially effective against Thanos as you can Polaris one lane, and flood it, then turn four you can copy Polaris with Abs man, fill that lane, and drop Miles in that lane or another to secure a lane on turn 4 of the game guaranteed against Thanos.
You're always gonna wanna hang onto your Shang and Enchant until 5 or 6 depending on how their board is looking, or to counter BM/DD/Soul stone vs Thanos or predict the Task in the armor lane with an enchant followed up with a shang vs Shuri oftentimes if you have prio in two lanes you can easily capture a win with Aero, or even Iron fist into Aero for some extremely cheeky plays.
I'll be honest it isn't as easy to pilot as most decks right now, but it's extremely satisfying to pump out win after win by literally putting all your opponents cards where YOU want them, this deck allows that. Hopefully this is a good skeleton for you, but it's a very reactive deck, which is great for the current meta. you can often choose if you do or don't want priority depending on the deck you're facing that way you can oftentimes dictate if you want to flip first or last on turn 6 to maximize value because of the value you can pump out early on with Polaris/Sunspot/Lizard/Miles.
