Ideal turn 1-Bast. That could hopefully boost Nebula and make flat Hood viable.
If you wind up unable to play Nebula early, play her after Forge who can boost her for the missing turns. Armor can protect her from Killmonger. Try to throw the Goblins into her lane. Spider-Man *or* Cosmo can also help keep people out of her lane.
Other possible changes-Prof X or Debrii. You could even consider Viper and throw over flat Hood or play Squirrel Girl and throw over a Squirrel. I would avoid making rocks or widow's bites into the enemy deck as a cheap, throw away could be used to shut Nebula down.
