This was a lot of fun to play once I got past the painful learning stages. I'm using Sentry and Abom here because I don't have Red Skull. I don't have Zero either, which would be nice for the Sentry synergy.
The deck has several winning strategies:
Conventional Destroyer. Put big power in one lane, protect it with Armor or Prof X, then Destroyer another lane. The default pick for the Destroyer lane is the right lane, since Sentry can't be played there. Example: one lane with Armor / Shuri / Sentry at 25 power, another lane with Bucky / Destroyer at 21.
Invisible Woman/Taskmaster/Shuri shenanigans. Face down cards behind Invisible Woman won't be destroyed by Destroyer. And if you play Taskmaster as the FIRST card behind Invisible Woman, he'll copy the last card you play in the game when he's revealed at the end. So Invisible Woman -> Shuri -> Taskmaster -> Destroyer is two 30 power lanes.
Normal Shuri/Taskmaster. Just use Shuri to double Sentry or Abomination's power and then play Taskmaster elsewhere to copy the 18-20 power.
This is not a simple deck to learn.
You need to be careful setting up your lanes so that Destroyer destroys only what he's supposed to.
You need to be careful not to screw up your right lane with Sentry, for instance by placing Armor there so The Void can't be destroyed.
You need to make sure that Taskmaster is the FIRST card behind Invisible Woman; if he is not, he will copy whatever card came before him under Invisible Woman.
You need to make sure not to accidentally lose Shuri's ability by playing to a location without Invisible Woman after you play Shuri.
You usually want to avoid killing Bucky with Deathlok, because you want Destroyer to kill Bucky. Deathlok is there as a just-in-case and as a stat stick when played first to a location or alongside Armor or Collossus.
The deck is easily disrupted by location effects.
However, it can be a rewarding deck to play.
When you hit the full combo, it puts an impressive 30+ power in two locations.
It often plays low power up until turn 6, means you often don't have priority, can't be Shang-Chi'd, and can take 8 cubes from bots. (8-cubing bots was my path to Infinite.) Armor, Prof X, and Invisible Woman all provide additional protection from Shang-Chi.
Retreat decisions are often simple: either you have a very good combo or you have nothing.
No one seems to be playing Cosmo on ladder, so Taskmaster always goes off.
The deck has a good surprise factor if players don't realize how Taskmaster works behind Invisible Woman or just aren't expecting Destroyer's big power.
Shuri, Sentry, Taskmaster, and Destroyer are all fun cards to play.
Other cards I tried in the deck:
Nova has a good synergy with Destroyer, but it wasn't making a big enough difference to justify inclusion.
Cosmo has synergies with Sentry and Destroyer, but awful anti-synergies with Shuri and Taskmaster, not to mention the times when you want Destroyer to go off. Very easy to accidentally screw yourself over. The deck already has 3 cards to protect cards from Destroyer (Armor, Prof X, and Invisible Woman).
EDIT: I forgot to explain the weird fact that you can play Shuri, then Taskmaster (behind Invisible Woman), then Destroyer and have Shuri double Destroyer's power. It might not sound like it should work, but it does. Works on Dark Dimension ("Cards here are not revealed until the game ends") too. Don't get caught by surprise!
