This deck functions similarly to my Infinot! deck, but is less affected by location and hand disruption. See the full write up for play and strategy.
This deck is one of the few decks that can run Kang! I don't have him, but there are some similar decks that are very solid with him in it.
This decks ideal location setup is Sunspot/Echo, Armor, Strong Guy, and She-Hulk. The other location with Dracula, and Cosmo.
Wasp, Yellow Jacket, and Black Cat help to insure we can empty are hand for Dracula to discard Infinaught.
Advanced strategies:
Hold Wasp/Yellow Jacket to help prevent a key card being discarded. These help counter Silver Samurai and Black Bolt. Play them if you suspect Sandman.
Black Cat may be played, if you have no other plays that turn. Otherwise, her role is to thin your hand.
Yellow Jacket can be played on Monster or She-Hulk as needed to remove the risk of Shang Chi.
Sometimes skipping turn 5, in hope of drawing Dracula is a valid strategy. Especially with She-Hulk and Infinaught in hand. She-Hulk will be 1-cost and can be play with Dracula on turn 6 without issue. Mobius M Mobius is the only counter to this play, but at least you now have the option to play Infinaught.
Nightcrawler is still an amazing card here. Use him to fill your Armor location early so you can’t be hit by Goblins or Junk. He can then be moved to make space for She-Hulk. If you suspect Goblins early because of Selene, Ravonna, or Hood you can use Wasp, Yellow Jacket, and Nightcrawler to quickly cap a location. This is also incredibly effective to win Raft and White Hot Room.
Echo is usually played mid to shut down Ms. Marvel, but also to protect against Prof. X, big Ongoing cards, and Iron Man. If drawn late you can play Echo and Cosmo to completely shut down an Invisible Woman play.
Substitutes: Red Hulk is a great sub for Infinaught. He provides pressure on the opponent and grants flexibility to play him on turn 6 without skipping 5. He can also gain +4 power the last turn before Dracula discards him!
Wasp/Yellow Jacket can be swapped for Kang the Conquerer.
Black Cat doesn't have a great replacement, since nothing else can do what she does. Using a cheaper discard card like Blade could work as a replacement, but is not ideal.
Strong Guy is pretty essential to the deck, however I could see using Gladiator for big stats as well.
Echo, Armor, and Cosmo are flex spots. Echo could be any solid 1 cost, I like Iceman for the Red Hulk variation, but have also had success with none other than M'Baku! Nico is another solid choice. Armor can be Shadow King, Colleen Wing, Jeff!, Mojo, Okoye, Scorpion, or Goose. Cosmo can be Rogue, Crystal (paired with Colleen Wing), Mobius M Mobius, Jean Grey, or Luke Cage.
If you added Jeff! for Armor I could see swapping out Nightcrawler for any other solid 1 cost card.
Happy snapping!
