One of the biggest advantages of Cerebro decks is Cerebro himself, goblins do not gain that advantage, so I have left them out even though they gain the Ravonna discount. Instead I've included several ways to increase your 0-power cards to 2-power so that they *can* take advantage of Cerebro.
THE CARDS
Nico your best spells are draw 2 (if you don't have Cerebro in hand), duplicate card, and +2 power (if your next pay will be Cerebro or Iron Man). Location hate is also important if you haven't drawn Storm.
Nightcrawler can get you into sealed lanes or open up room in the middle lane.
Forge can be used to bring either Cerebro or Iron Man to 2 power. When possible play him to a side lane so you can use GM to trigger him again when you're ready to play the other card.
Goose is good at restricting you opponent's lines of play. You generally want to play her to a side lane unless you know you won't be able to Storm mid on 3.
Grandmaster can let you reuse Nico, Forge, Sinister, or White Widow while also moving a new card into mid.
Mister Sinister is one of your best board fill strategies. Play him to a side lane but not the same side as Forge.
Ravonna discounts Cerebro, Mystique, and Iron Man. Try to play her on curve, but don't pass up a favorable Nico for her.
White Widow 2 power for you, less space for your opponent. Play her to a side lane, but not the same side as Forge.
Cerebro the main power for your deck. Don't snap without him.
Mystique is good for copying Cerebro or Iron Man. Don't copy Goose or Ravonna unless there is a very clear reason to do so.
Storm is your primary location hate for bad locations, but otherwise play her mid. You'll still be able to move other card on with Grandmaster, your opponent may not be able to.
Iron Man is your go tall option. If Ravonna is in play you can play him together with Forge, GM on Forge, or Mystique all on the last turn.
This build is weak to affliction. Your best bet if you expect a late game Hazmat is to get all your 2-power cards down early and then play unenhanced 0-power cards in the last turn(s). Alternately, you can swap WW out for Shadow King. Just remember he'll wipe out any power that's been added to your 0-power cards so you may want to stack them on the other side from where you intend to play SK.
