Asriel Dreemurr (represented by Onslaught) 6/7 "On Reveal: Replace ALL locations with 'The Barrier'. (all 4, 5, and 6-Cost cards get +2 Power)" Another deck featuring my second released custom card, Asriel Dreemurr, although not as simple as the last one. As for the purposes of each card, Quinjet discounts any cards generated by other cards in the deck. Valentina, Nick Fury, and Agent Coulson provide the cards to be discounted, played, and buffed by 'The Barrier'. Brood discounts Mockingbird and provides a perfect location to play Sersi at, creating 3 4-Cost cards to be buffed by 'The Barrier'. Magik provides extra time to play big cards and can be intentionally cancelled out of with Asriel Dreemurr one turn early on turn 6. Iron Man and Devil Dinosaur can push large amounts of Power towards locations you want to win at and benefit heavily from having lots of other big cards. Mockingbird benefits from the cards discounted by Quinjet as well as the cards generated by Sersi and Brood. The Collector benefits from the cards discounted by Quinjet. Sersi can function alongside Brood or repurpose used card generators like Agent Coulson. Asriel Dreemurr himself buffs half the cards in the starting deck (including himself) and the cards generated by Valentina, Agent Coulson, Nick Fury, and Sersi.
As for the suggestions, Psylocke allows you to ramp into some of the other 4-Cost card suggestions. Colleen Wing can make hand space easily while being cheap and avoiding discarding essential big cards. Leech is a good tech card that deters your opponent from playing their 6-Cost cards that would otherwise be buffed by 'The Barrier' while being a 4-Cost card that gets said buff himself. Gwenpool is a generically good 4-Cost card, and Iron Lad can make good use out of nearly every card in this deck. Man-Thing benefits from having so many big cards in the deck and in play, but was decided against due to the space restrictions and the amount of 1, 2, and 3-Cost cards in the final list. White Tiger slightly discounts Mockingbird, gets double Barrier buffs, and is a good target for Sersi. Blink can serve a similar role to Sersi in ramping up Brood and replacing used card generators. Finally, Doctor Doom provides double Mockingbird discounts and gets triple Barrier buffs.
