Methodology: In the past this is a build that would never work because it would purely be too expensive. With the introduction of Ravonna Renslayer, and Nico Minoru you are capable of making the strongest, and most consistent version of Cerebro 2 that has ever existed. As many of you know Magik gives you a total of 28 energy across 7 turns. This deck comes out to exact energy usage, and is fairly flexible. Let's get to the breakdown.
Things that have to be played first(Depending on Draw):
Before Cerebro(Preferably): Goose
After Blue Marvel: Goose
Before turn 4: Ravonna Renslayer
Before or on turn 5: Magik
Why?
Like I said earlier the deck is fairly flexible, but the thing that will mess up your deck more than anything else. Is Enchantress, Rogue, or Echo removing the ability of Blue Marvel. Without his ability Cerebro will only boost Blue Marvel. He is the lynch pin of your entire deck if played. The best way to protect your Blue Marvel is with a turn 6 Goose. In an ideal world you have drawn Magik and there will be 7 turns. Goose will stop a turn 7 upset (Hopefully) by stopping Enchantress being played in the same lane as Blue Marvel. Goose cannot protect you from Rogue though. If a player has Rogue you need to hope they stole one of your other less important ongoing abilities first. Almost anything is better than them hitting your Blue Marvel.
Mystique:
There are lots of options for Mystique to copy in this deck depending on your draw and situation. In an ideal setting where none of the locations are screwing you over. Mystique, and Iron man are played turn 6 on the left and right locations. In a truly perfect world you would have played Nico on Turn 4, and now your Iron man has +2 power at whatever location he was played allowing him to receive the Cerebro, Blue Marvel bonus seamlessly.
Nico Minoru:
This card is exceptionally important for the deck. It will allow you to draw Cerebro, Magik, Iron Man, Ravonna, and Mystique with more consistency. Just like Magik she can replace a harmful location that is screwing with Cerebro, and she can give +2 power to Cerebro, Iron Man, or Mystique allowing them to receive the ongoing bonus. As well she can allow you to slide Blue Marvel into your Goose location without having to hold onto Goose till turn six. The cherry on top is she can also duplicate your Iron man, Cerebro, or Mystique giving you a truly crazy amount of playable power. The only two spells that are detrimental to your deck are the demon, and doubling a cards power. If you double a cards power, or create a demon you have ruined Cerebro. Just make sure you listen to the sound ques for her spells and you should be fine.
Why is Mister Fantastic Essential?:
Mister Fantastic is deceptively useful in this deck. He is one of the only ways to increase power at a location without ruining your Cerebro setup, and works exceptionally well with Iron man. Since we really are trying to create two Iron men at the left and right locations whether that be with Nico or Mystique. Mister Fantastic becomes a 3 cost 10 power card. You might be wondering how are we getting 10 power from him? Each location gets a +2, and that is then doubled. So he is providing +4, +4 for 8 total power at the left and right locations, plus the 2 power he himself has in the middle location. There is not a single other card that will add this amount of power that can also easily be hidden behind Goose for this deck.
White Widow or Mister Sinister:
White Widow is very similar to Mister Fantastic. She is a way for you to gain power at a location without actually altering the power of your cards in any way. If your opponent does not play three cards into the location to break the Widow's Kiss then she effectively becomes a 2 cost 6 power card in a deck that cannot actually have a 6 power card. She is not essential though, and honestly Mister Sinister might actually be a better pick because he would allow you to fill a location where you sacrificed a card for draw, or if you decided to boost your Iron man or Cerebro instead of drawing. He fills gaps, and she is probably the most flexible slot in the deck. You could remove her for any other 2 cost of your choosing.
Yondu, and Korg:
I know there is anti-synergy here, but until X-23 gets a well deserved nerf I think Yondu is a must in this deck. Being able to snipe an X-23 or Deadpool which happens almost every time you play against destroy. Is a must for stopping their crazy shenanigans. Without Yondu you would have a very bad match up most of the time against destroy. While anti-synergy is present there is also some mild synergy. You see Yondu does destroy a card, but he also thins their deck and makes it more likely they will draw their big combo cards. Korg if he is played after Yondu not only mitigates the deck thinning effect, but also turned that now empty slot into a rock. With a little luck these two cards actually work very well together.
Magik:
If you didn't know Magik + Nico means you can actually draw your entire deck. All you have to do is sacrifice Korg, Yondu, or if you really have to because you bottom decked your win conditions White Widow, or Goose. This eliminates the biggest problem with Cerebro, not drawing Cerebro. Most decks you play against will not get anywhere close to the power you will be putting out at the left and right location. With the only decks being capable on average to put out more power or disrupt your side of the board being High Evolutionary, or Wong, Panther, Zola.
Ideal Power Break Down(Korg/Yondu Sacrificed by Nico, and White Widow):
Right Location: Iron man, Magik, Ravonna, Widow = (((0 + 2 + 2 + 2) + (2 + 2 + 2) + (1 + 1 + 1) + (2)) 2) = 36(40) Power
Left Location: Mystique, Nico, Yondu, Blue Marvel = (((0 + 2 + 2 + 2) + (2 + 2 + 2) + (1 + 1 + 1) + (2)) 2) = 36 Power
Middle Location: Cerebro, Goose, Korg(Sacrificed), Mister Fantastic = (0 + 2 + 2) + (2 + 2)+ (1 + 1) = 10 Power
Total Power: 82(86 Potential Power from Widow's Kiss)

Total Power: 78(82 Potential Power from Widow's Kiss)
Total Energy Spent: 25
Total Energy Given: 28
Net Energy Loss: 3
The Difference Between Sinister and Widow:
You might be thinking its clear that the Mister Sinister deck is obviously better because it has more potential power. I don't think it is really that cut and dry. With the Sinister variation of this deck, you are sacrificing consistency for only a tiny amount of power. Sacrificing a card for draw allows you to draw your entire deck almost every game. Without that you are forced to hope that you don't bottom deck a really important win condition like Cerebro, Iron Man, or Mystique. As well when we start to get into totally possible situations like two locations being mediocre for your deck, and trust me it happens all the time. The Sinister version of the deck becomes tied with the widow variant for potential power, there is another thing that is Sinister about Mister Sinister. The location Washington D.C. is only a problem if you are running Mister Sinister this creates more potential situations where you could have two bad locations, and more potential for misplays. I know Mister Sinister is a much more available card for most people, but if you happen to have White Widow, I think it is probably the better play in most situations.
