This a modified list based on SuperTechGod’s Cube Rush winning decklist. A fun deck that help me hit Infinite rank this season!
Strategy:
The newly introduced Daredevil allows us to make a strong Turn 5. Storm and Vision help us lock down a location. Jubilee and/or a Lady Sif + Ghost Rider combo can “cheat” out our big 6+ cost cards to hit big power in locations (They also thin out our deck!). Lady Sif is best used to discard Death since we normally can’t cover her 9-cost on any turn. Shang-Chi is a tech for destroying our opponents powerful cards and Domino helps us not dead draw in the early game. Magneto can be a powerful final turn play to manipulate our opponents board for the win.
Turn 1: We don’t have any 1 cost cards so unless there’s a location that gives us extra Energy we pass turn.
Turn 2: You will always draw Domino this turn due to her ability. I usually play Daredevil instead if we have him because his ability allows us to make a powerful play later on Turn 5. He can be played on other turns prior to Turn 5 but there are other cards that may be stronger on Turn 3 or 4. Lady Sif could be played this turn but we prefer to hide my intentions with this deck and you may not have a good discard target on this turn either way. Based on the locations on the board, and if we have Storm in our hand, we consider playing our 2-cost in a location we plan to also play our Storm.
Turn 3: We likely play Storm here if we have it. We want to put her in a location where our opponent hasn’t, or likely won’t, commit to (i.e.: Jotunheim is location that most players will avoid and we can surprise them with a Storm that changes the location for us).
Turn 4: We can use Ghost Rider here if we already used Lady Sif in a prior turn to “cheat” out whatever card she discarded. We could also use Jubilee here to possibly pull out a powerful 5+ cost card out of the deck [Note: Beware of what’s left in the deck when you play her cause you can also pull out a card that isn’t ideal]. Shang-Chi only if there’s already a 9+ Power card out on your opponents side of the board.
Turn 5: A crucial turn. Ideally we have Daredevil out before this turn so we can see what our opponent plays this turn. Shang-Chi if they drop a big 9+ Power card. Vision if we need him to move into Storm’s Flooded location on Turn 6. We can also use Jubilee or Ghost Rider if necessary.
Turn 6+: Magneto is a crazy good Final Turn play. We can often win a location with is his 12 Power but we also pull out our opponents 3-cost 4-cost from other locations to possibly win those too. This ability works exceptionally well with a Flooded location that they are beating us in since we know they wont be able to add cards there. Another great Turn 6 play is to combo Lady Sif + Ghost Rider (play in that order). With Ghost Rider he can resurrect a powerful 6+ cost card that Lady Sif discarded. We have other strong 6 cost cards in deck so play what ever feels optimal.
Possible Substitutes: SuperTechGod’s original list had Sunspot in place of Domino. He also had Giganto in his list instead of Magneto, but I don’t have him yet. I think Giganto can work in this list but I would use him to replace Hulk since Magneto has proven to be very strong in this list for me.
